Project Description
The city was awarded a $1 million Next Level Trails grant from the State of Indiana for this project. Right of way acquisition is complete for this project. Final routing to utilities complete. The city will be adding roadway resurfacing and intersection improvements to the trail project. Bidding complete.
A “meet the contractors” meeting was held in March 2026 and work is underway. Completion is estimated to be late October 2026.
